How it works
A fifteen-minute intake call. What the role is, what it pays, the territory, the EMR you're on, and what the last person who succeeded in that seat looked like. We'd rather ask six specific questions than send you ten résumés.
Outreach and screening of candidates, with initial candidates referred within five to ten business days. Screened on license status, home health experience, EMR, the commute they'll accept, and the number they're expecting. Each one comes with a short written summary, not a raw résumé dump.
You interview, you decide, you pay on the start date. If nobody's right, you owe nothing.
Straight terms
Contingency search: there's no fee unless you hire someone we introduced, and nothing is due until their first day. Rates depend on the role and we'll align before kicking off a process
Ninety-day guarantee. If the person leaves or doesn't work out in the first ninety days, we replace them at no charge or refund half the fee if we can't find the replacement.
No exclusivity required. Keep running your own ads and working your own referrals. If you find the person, you owe us nothing.
We won't recruit out of your agency. The moment you become a client, your staff is off-limits to us for as long as we're working together.
